This is My Story

I’m an average Joe turned Certified Personal Trainer. I played sports all of my life and have always enjoyed exercising. Now, I’ve decided to compete in a Men’s Physique Competition, and this blog follows my journey from normal to ripped. I share my thoughts, tips and tricks that I’ve learned throughout my time exercising and researching so I can help you change your body too! To the right you’ll notice some progress bars.
